All shows have a tentative application deadline of Jan. 31, 2025, but we will continue to consider and accept applications until each show is filled.

If you have any problems opening or printing the applications, please call, text or email the office and we will be happy to mail you a hard copy.

BEWARE OF FACEBOOK SCAM POSTINGS FOR SHOWS!!!

It has come to our attention that fraudulent postings on social media selling spaces at shows have become an ongoing problem for exhibitors and vendors in the last couple of years.  Each of our shows have unique Facebook and Instagram pages, which have detailed information for the event giving exhibitors & vendors an opportunity to showcase what they will be selling.  However...

WE DO NOT ACCEPT APPLICATIONS VIA ANY SOCIAL MEDIA LISTINGS!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL, VENMO, CASHAPP OR ZELLE FOR PAYMENT!

If you are interested in applying to a show, you must submit the appropriate application along with either a check or credit card information for the booth fee/deposit.  Applications can be submitted by mail, email or text message image.  We only use the phone number and email address listed on the applications for our interactions with exhibitors and vendors.

To be clear, we are a staff of three--Dave Stoner, Owner/Promoter, Trisha Cusick, Show Director and Josh Gutierrez, Social Media/Operations Manager.  No other person is authorized to sell booth space to any show produced by Family Festivals Association or on our behalf.
